2. Nature of Services & Independent Community Hub
MOSSImage.site is an independent, community-driven technical resource hub dedicated to open-source visual generative models and ComfyUI workflows.
Open-Source Attribution: The MOSS-Image model weights, codebase, and architecture are created and open-sourced by the OpenMOSS research team under the Apache Software License 2.0. MOSSImage.site is an independent developer project and is not directly affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the OpenMOSS core team or Fudan University.
3. Permitted Use & Workflow Files
All workflow configuration files (.json), metadata-embedded PNG images, and coordinate snippets provided on this site are made available under permissive open-source licenses for both personal and commercial generative media pipelines. You are free to download, modify, integrate, and distribute these workflows in accordance with the Apache-2.0 license.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")
THE MATERIALS, WORKFLOWS, SOFTWARE CODE SNIPPETS, AND HARDWARE CALCULATORS ON MOSSIMAG.SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RUNNING MODEL WEIGHTS ON YOUR LOCAL HARDWARE WILL PREVENT SYSTEM CRASHES, OUT-OF-MEMORY ERRORS, OR HARDWARE OVERHEATING.
